Sounds For Life
About Me
My Background
My experiences with the ancient art of sound healing have been very profound helping me deal with both physical and emotional pain, including M.E., fibromyalgia and the traumas of a deeply abusive first marriage. It is now my aim to share my knowledge and understanding on a wider and deeper level in a number of different ways.
I qualified with a leading Sound Healing Academy in 2015 then became a teacher and tutor to hundreds of students worldwide, both on-line and in person, helping them learn how to apply sound healing in individual and group sessions. I assisted in the training of UK teachers for the company and in more recent years I developed new initiatives and content for many different courses.
My passion has been to collect Himalayan (Tibetan) singing bowls, most of which I have purchased whilst travelling regularly in Nepal and India. I now have 40 in a variety of shapes, sizes and frequencies and so am able to create wonderful soundscapes. These sacred sounds will guide and nourish me throughout the rest of my life, providing inspiration, new energies and harmony whenever life challenges arise or when I need a break to embrace an experience of blissful tranquility and peace.
